GENERAL

• What do I need on my visit?

  Valid & Active Government Identification (Driver’s license or State ID)
  **FOR MEDICAL ONLY: State-Issued Ohio Medical Marijuana Card (digital or physical) **

• Can I bring a friend?

  • Adult-Use: to access the Sales Floor of the dispensary, the individual must be 21+ and have a valid government issued ID.
  • Medical: patients can add up to 2 caregivers that are able to purchase and visit dispensaries with you, or even on your behalf.

• How Much Can I Purchase?

  • Adult-Use – Daily Purchase Allowance
    • Flower = 2.5 ounces per day (3.5g x 20 units/day)
    • Processed Goods = 15g of THC per day (On Average)
      • Pre rolls =70 units of 1g pre rolls
      • Vapes = 21 units of 1g vapes @ 70% THC per day
      • Edibles = 150 packs of 100mg THC per day
  • Medical patients can purchase up to a 4-day Supply in a single transaction; however, it is important to note that individuals can legally possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis flower.

• What are the taxes?

  The State levies a 10% excise tax on adult use marijuana purchases. Additionally, there is the standard State Sales Tax & Local Sales Tax of 0.08%. Medical patients are exempt from the 10% excise tax but do pay State Sales Tax & Local Sales Tax.

• How can I pay?

  We have a number of convenient options available:

Location

• Is there parking?

  

  We have ample parking that wraps around the building; use the entrance to the right of the building either using the in-store or drive-thru lanes.

• Is there a drive-thru?

  Yes, we have a drive-thru! You must visit a CERTIFIED Dispensary location one time physically before you are able to use the drive-thru option. Online pickups only – there is no ordering available at the window.

• Can I smell the cannabis before purchasing?

  Ohio’s cannabis system does not currently allow for deli-style purchasing – in which the product is weighed out of a collective jar for each purchase. To create an efficient environment, there will not be any sort of smell jar available prior to purchase. We do, however, add test results into our menu product listings that will provide insight into the terpenes and other information to make a more informed decision.

  Absolutely! Our South Euclid dispensary is conveniently located on Cedar Road, making it easy to pair your visit with some of Cleveland’s best restaurants, shopping, and cultural attractions.

  There are 26 qualifying conditions for Ohio’s medical marijuana program; patients must visit an accredited doctor and receive a recommendation for medical cannabis use.
